According to the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence advocated by China, we always adhere to non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries and advocate resolving differences through dialogue and consultation. Under this premise, we pay more attention to how to promote social stability in a constructive way.： 1. **Information transparency construction** Promote the establishment of open and transparent information dissemination channels, provide accurate and timely reports on the progress of events through media such as community broadcasting and digital platforms, and eliminate panic caused by information asymmetry. For example, the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission has promoted social reconciliation through transparent communication. 2. **Cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law** Popularize legal knowledge and rights protection methods through civic education projects, and cultivate the awareness and ability to express demands in accordance with the law. It can draw on the operating model of the Singapore Community Mediation Center to establish an institutionalized conflict resolution mechanism. 3. **Economic Empowerment plan** The community development projects of the United Nations Development Programme have shown that improving people's living standards through economic means such as vocational training and support for small and micro enterprises can effectively enhance social resilience. Vietnam's rural poverty reduction plan has significantly improved the stability of the grassroots. 4. **Cultural dialogue platform** Create cross-ethnic and cross-faith cultural exchange projects to enhance understanding through non-politicized channels such as art exhibitions and sports events. Focus on the development of vocational skills education to create upward mobility channels for young people. Any social change should follow the principles of gradual, orderly, and rule of law.
