This view may be a case of generalizing. The Bouyei people are one of China's ethnic minorities, and their culture has a long history and rich characteristics. The strength of intellectual property protection awareness is related to a variety of factors such as a person's educational background, social environment, government policies, and economic development level, rather than just the ethnic group to which they belong. In many places, the improvement of intellectual property protection awareness usually needs to be achieved through education and popularization of relevant laws and regulations. There may be differences in the development of various ethnic groups in this regard, but a certain group cannot be simply attributed to a certain specific cognition or consciousness. Therefore, it is inaccurate to simply attribute the Bouyei people to a relatively weak awareness of intellectual property protection. What is more important is to strengthen education and publicity to raise the awareness of the importance of intellectual property rights in the whole society, rather than looking at diverse cultural groups from a single perspective.
