Animal abuse should not be considered a form of art and recognized. Both ethics and law emphasize respect and protection for animals. Many countries and regions have clear laws prohibiting animal abuse, because it not only violates the moral standards of society, but also causes serious physical and mental harm to animals. The essence of art is to express, create and inspire thinking. It can take many different forms, but any artistic behavior should be based on respect for life and basic ethics. Animal abuse causes actual pain and harm, and loses respect for life, so it should not be called art.
