The modified animals may escape control and cause unexpected harm to human society, including attacks on civilians, and may also cause ecological disasters and destroy the ecological balance. There are a series of international conventions and guidelines to regulate the application of biotechnology, strictly restricting the use of genetic technology for malicious or military purposes that endanger human and environmental safety. This practice is contrary to moral ethics, legal norms and the overall interests of mankind, and is absolutely not feasible.
