Using gene manipulation technology to make animals develop synthetic controllable toxicity for military purposes is extremely unethical and violates international conventions and ethical standards, and should never be implemented. This behavior seriously violates the basic moral and ethical bottom line of mankind, will cause great harm to innocent lives, and trigger serious humanitarian disasters. At the same time, many international conventions such as the Biological Weapons Convention clearly prohibit the development, production and use of such biological means with mass destruction and abuse risks. Maintaining world peace, ensuring human security and following moral ethics are the common responsibilities of the international community. Any attempt to use technology for inhumane and illegal military applications should not be attempted or tolerated.
