It is absolutely impossible for humans to have the ability to spread specific diseases through genetic modification. This is an unethical and extremely dangerous idea. From an ethical point of view, this seriously violates the basic rights, dignity and autonomy of human beings, puts human beings in an inhumane situation that is used as a tool for the spread of diseases, and will cause serious social and ethical chaos and impact on the human value system. From the perspective of public health and safety, doing so will have disastrous consequences for the world, leading to the uncontrolled spread of diseases, seriously threatening the health and survival of all mankind, and destroying the stability and normal operation of the entire society. The application of genetic technology should follow strict ethical guidelines and laws and regulations, and be used for positive purposes such as improving human well-being and treating diseases, but must not be used to create hazards and disasters.
